The beautiful room was super cozy. Staff was really chill and helped me with everything i needed. Room service was on point, always coming quickly when i pinged them. Internet was solid too, great for staying connected. The vibe was just right for a relaxing getaway.
But the bathroom was kinda outdated and could really use some upgrades. The food was a bit overpriced for what it was.

The air conditioning was non-functional in the room and had apparently been turned off for cost-saving reasons. The bathroom was showing signs of age, with shower heads that couldn't seem to deliver a consistent spray. The food was tasty, but not worth the higher-than-expected prices. Lastly, the WiFi connection wasn't fast enough to be reliable for work. Management needs to address these points to elevate the experience.
